Orders are sent by courier or Australia Post.
Delivery is a flat rate of $9.90 per order no matter how many items you purchase and ship within Australia.
Delivery costs are calculated as you order and shown before you confirm your order.

RETURNS POLICY:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 7 days for a full refund (not including delivery costs). Products must be returned in original condition with original packing.

WARRANTY CLAIMS:
Every product on Gifts and Toys has a manufacturer's warranty, usually 12 months but some products may have longer or shorter warranties. To make a warranty claim email us at info@giftsandtoys.com.au and we will take it from there. We handle all warranty claims on behalf of our customers.
